The Hook Analyzer and Brief Generator are provided free of charge for informational purposes. Daily usage limits apply per IP. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing it before use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the tools to harass, scrape at scale, attempt to bypass rate limiting, or generate output that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to block access if abuse is detected.

3. Intellectual property

The Conversion Narrative Framework™ is a trademark of Brandamin. The tools and their outputs are provided for your personal and commercial use. The framework name and methodology may not be reproduced as a service or product offering.

4. Disclaimer

Output from the tools is AI-generated and provided "as is" without warranty. Brandamin is not liable for any business decisions made on the basis of tool output. The ROI Calculator's projections are estimates based on industry benchmarks and may not reflect your actual results.

5. Project work

For commissioned animation projects, separate Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work documents apply. These terms cover only the public website and free tools.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens.
